Elderly neighbors apparently had them in the back of their garage, and just had them hauled away. Never seen the cars before.

Bottom looks like a 33-ish Chevy.
Top looks like a 23-ish Chevy.

The bottom has got really thick C-pillars, which was one thing that made me think it may be a long-cabin Ford.

Here's a Tudor that's un-chopped, and one (slightly later) that is:
The C-pillar (massive) and similarly proportioned long rear window are what make me think it's one of these - that and the fact that they're a hot-rodding favorite that exists in droves.
